    Opportunity: Beverage Manager - Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club The Beverage Manager will be responsible for managing the beverage inventory, creating exciting and innovative drink menus, supervising the bar team, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your Growth Path Restaurant or Banquet Manager– Food and Beverage Manager – Food and Beverage Director Responsibilities: Your Focuses • Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values. **** • Manage and maintain inventory levels for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies. • Order stock, ensuring a timely and cost-effective process while avoiding shortages or waste. • Monitor product rotation and expiration to ensure the freshness and quality of all ingredients. • Develop and update creative beverage menus that align with the brand’s concept and customer preferences. • Experiment with new cocktail recipes, signature drinks, and seasonal specials. • Provide recommendations to the kitchen and management for food pairing with drinks. • Ensure guests have an exceptional beverage experience, including prompt service, consistency, and personalized drink recommendations. • Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner. • Monitor the bar atmosphere to ensure it remains welcoming, clean, and well-maintained. • Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards. • Perform other duties as requested by management. Qualifications: Your Background and Skills • Proven experience as a Beverage Manager, Bar Manager, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
