The Beverage Manager will oversee the bar and beverage program over multiple bars and restaurants.

Key components include:

• Beverage Menu Development
• Mentoring / developing bartenders & servers on proper service & beverage pairing
• Hiring & training bar/FOH staff
• Handle beverage purchasing / inventory procedures
• Minimize waste
• Hold staff to extremely high service & quality standards

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and several years of experience as a Beverage Manager or Beverage Director in a high-volume restaurant group or hotel group with a large selection of craft beer, wine, and craft cocktails.
