    Beverlin Manufacturing is looking for a variety of people to join a growing team. We are in need of Press Operators, General Auxiliary Team Members, Rollform, Laser and other machine operators.

    Beverlin Manufacturing is a local, family-owned manufacturer of customer sheet metal products and perforated sheet metal tubes.     BEVERLIN RUNS A PRIMARY 4 DAY WORK WEEK, (M — TH) 10 HOURS A DAY, two shifts with occasional overtime as customer needs dictate. We offer a generous vacation plan, shift premium and competitive benefit package. 1st Shift Hours are 6am-4:30pm. 2nd shift hours are 4pm- 2am.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Working safely with tools and materials
    • Ensuring quality parts are being formed and passed to the next operation by monitoring coil quality, weld quality, and cut quality
    • Following work instructions and job traveler requirements
    • Filling out documentation
    • Actively seeking methods for improvement
    • Any other duties assigned by the area Team Lead

    ADDITIONAL REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES:

    • Focus on safety of self and other teammates
    • Focus on quality and NOAC (Next operator as customer)
    • Strong mechanical aptitude
    • Ability to work as a member of a team
    • Flexibility
    • Accurate utilization of measuring equipment (calipers, ring/plug/GNG, pi tape, tape measure, linear gauge
    • Welding experience a plus, but not required
    • Reliable transportation to and from work
    • Ability to stand for long periods at a time

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalency
    • Physical: Ability to lift 25-30 lbs. on an infrequent basis
