Beverly Glass Company is seeking an experienced ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our team!

JOB DESCRIPTION: The administrative assistant will assist office manager and general manager with all day to day office tasks and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Administrative duties such as copying, scanning, typing, mailing, ordering, answering phone calls, and other office tasks.

· Handling all money transactions such as deposits on jobs and final payments.

· Checking and responding to voicemails and emails throughout the day.

· Tracking of orders, deliveries, scheduled job times, etc.

· Keeping track of progress of inside and outside jobs and receiving payment.

· Assisting office and shop managers with other related tasks.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree OR 2 years of administrative experience in a fast paced office setting.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and maintain organization with assigned tasks
• Knowledge of computer software applications and basic computer technology skills.
• Previous experience in fast paced customer service
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
