    We are Beverly Rehab, and we run numerous treatment clinics to help clients with substance use disorder (SUD). We have experienced tremendous growth and pride ourselves on providing our staff with a stable work environment. You’ll be joining a company that’s established but also keeps growing.

    We’re looking for reliable employees who have a positive attitude and a commitment to ensuring the job always gets done well and are interested in joining our substance use disorder treatment team long-term; we are in search of techs who will help our clients set up job interviews and do similar or related tech work.

    JOB OVERVIEW:

    We treat hundreds of clients for substance use disorder in our clinics and sober living houses, and we are committed to helping them get jobs so they can restart their lives. We're putting together a team of customer service representatives who will work remotely and call our clients, who are young adults recovering from fentanyl addiction and living in our sober living houses, and help them schedule job interviews with Fortune 500 companies.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist recovering addicts with applying for jobs via zoom or phone
    • Order missing documentation required for employment
    • Keep spreadsheets and group slack thread up to date
    • Help coordinate client transportation to and from work with the drivers we have on our staff
    • Additional duties as required in an evolving setting

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
    • Must have excellent customer service skills
    • Must be attentive to detail
    • Must have perfect or near perfect internet connection
    • Must currently live in North Carolina

    AVAILABLE FULL-TIME SCHEDULE:

    Monday through Friday 12pm-8pm

    AVAILABLE PART-TIME SCHEDULE:

    Saturday and Sunday 12pm-8pm
