    Part-time House Manager/Nanny. Candidates must have previous experience in similar position(s) that include nanny experience along with highly detailed household management. Summary of Position: Family with Residence in The Hills at Cherry Creek with three school-aged children and two sweet doodle dogs is seeking an experienced, professional, organized, meticulous and detail oriented part-time House Manager/Nanny to manage a busy family and household. The schedule is 15+ hours per week with the ability to stay overnight on occasion. Hours are flexible - anytime between 9am and 4pm (with occasional extra evening hours) for approximately 2-3 hours daily. Position requires more household management and family assistant responsibilities during the school year and will shift to more nanny-centered responsibilities during the summer and on school breaks. Must be comfortable being around and helping care for two dogs (one large, one medium). You'll be perfect for the position if you are warm, nurturing with calm and confident demeanor, assertive, proactive, resourceful, self-starter, organized, detailed oriented, hard-working, service focused, kind, professional, able to multi-task, wear many hats, be respectful and capable of maintaining discretion. Candidates must have previous experience in similar position(s) that includes nanny experience along with highly detailed house management responsibilities. Start date is ASAP, but flexible for the right candidate. Responsibilities: - Experienced with play-based learning, educational activities at home and scheduled outings, etc. - Knowledgeable about child development (e.g. firm when necessary and capable of teaching children manners and etiquette, but also capable of being laid back and fun) - Assist children with homework, school projects, etc. and keep parents informed of progress and needs - Transport children to and from school, activities, play dates, camps, etc. - Fresh and healthy meal planning and preparation for family meals - Laundry - Demonstrate a hands-on approach to daily household maintenance and cleaning - Maintain inventory checklists for household items, food, children's supplies, etc. - Assisting with family dogs (e.g. letting out, feeding, bathing, daily walks) Qualifications: - Capable of building quality relationships with children - Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, excellent time management, efficient and service focused - Attentive to Family's preferences and style - Observant to the needs of the family and home to anticipate their needs - Ability to maintain discretion (confidentiality agreement is required) - Professional presentation of self and great personality - Ability to easily take direction - Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with parents (extension of parents and consistent with childcare philosophies) - Seeking longevity/long-term commitment - Positive attitude and ability to handle situations with ease and calm demeanor Requirements: - 2+ years of recent domestic experience working as a nanny/house manager - 3-4 references from professional positions - Live in close proximity to family's residence in Englewood CO - Ability to complete extensive background checks, motor vehicle check, and drug tests - Driver's license and clean driving record - CPR Certification - Comfortable with Dogs
