Bevyhouse is a premium designer/builder of custom, innovative, modular homes. We design, engineer, build and install our own prefabs from our factory in Ventura. We are looking for self-motivated and responsible individuals to join our team and grow with us!

We are currently looking for a Lead Architect/Designer to:

· Collaborate with principals, clients, engineers and trades

· Produce concept and working drawings

· Produce presentation materials including renderings

· Assist in procurement and project management

Our Ideal Candidate:

· Is passionate about building innovation

· Is looking for a place to grow and expand their skillset

· Wants to be involved in design through construction

· Has experience in AutoCAD

· Has experience with Revit

· Has knowledge of building codes and standards

· Is self-motivated

· Cares about the details

Pay ranges from $80-$100k/year plus benefits depending upon experience.
