    Our Architectural Project Managers and Job Captains are responsible for overseeing small teams to aid in the design, permitting, factory production, and site installation/finishing of our custom modular prefab buildings.

    Job Description:

    • Work directly with clients on Schematic Design of residential projects

    • Conduct site planning and compliance so that projects comply with local zoning, environmental, and safety regulations.

    • Overseeing development on both state and local residential approval drawing sets for modular home production

    • Overseeing development of site construction drawing sets and scope

    • Overseeing coordination with structural and civil engineers.

    • Overseeing communications with local and state building departments.

    • Coordinating with factory production team to ensure smooth transition of architectural drawings into factory production set.

    • Maintaining positive relationship with clients throughout construction of their home, ensuring that the project meets the client's needs and that clients remain informed of progress and developments.

    • Actively participates in Continuous Improvement initiatives

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture

    · Thorough understanding of residential approvals process

    · Experience with all phases of residential projects – from SD through CA.

    · Must be highly organized, detail oriented

    · Revit proficiency required

    · Comfort interacting with clients is required

    · Advanced oral and written communications skills
