    Job Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

    • Manage retail/wholesale channels. Maintain relationships with national sales reps along with customers from email and phone calls.

    • Will be handling wholesale/ retail orders. Customer service, collecting payment, calling and emailing customers for past due invoices

    • Pack and ship orders within a warehouse environment for hours at a time when short on hand

    • Maintains records of customer interactions and transactions

    • Attending national/regional tradeshows, sales meetings, and relevant company events.

    • Communicate regularly with upper management by providing reports, account status and project updates on a regular basis.

    • Manage channel relationships with the objective of increasing sales in focus accounts.

    • Provides administrative assistance as neededPerforms other duties as assigned (sales, warehouse, and office duties)

    • REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be willing to work the hours of 9 am-5:30 pm

    • There will be times where traveling is a must for tradeshows

    • Looking for a long term employee to grow with the company

    • Must be willing to work all aspects of office and warehouse duties including packing, as well as sales leads

    • Can think on their feet and be able to handle very tight deadlines

    • Must be able to follow directions and quickly learn all aspects of the job

    • Be open-minded about all other areas, as we all wear many hats

    • Ability to work in a warehouse environment to pick and package orders

    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills at a professional level and the ability to multi-task functions including the comprehension of computer skills.

    • Have experience working in or with major and retailer.

    • Gift Industry experience will be a plus

    • Bilingual a big plus

    • Must be able to collaborate with a team & also be able to work alone

    • Prefer retail experience or successful field sales experience

    • Candidates will need to demonstrate the willingness to elaborate business development with distributor networks and Retail Chains.

    • Candidates must be a high energy self-starter and a team player.

    • Customer skills with the ability to present, train and build business plans with key Value Added Resellers.

    • Ability to work in a team environment but also as an individual contributor, someone with self-motivation and a desire to deliver results.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • College degree; some post high school education or training preferred
    • Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
    • Highly professional and dependable
    • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Outstanding phone skills
    • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
    • Experience with CRM or other customer service software a plus
