    Job Description

    As a Data Scientist at Bexorg, you will play a crucial role in developing and applying advanced machine learning algorithms to analyze and interpret complex biological and physiological data. Your work will directly impact our technology development and strategic decisions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and apply machine learning and deep learning models to extract insights from large datasets.
    • Deploy and fine-tune algorithms for time-series data analysis to predict trends and identify patterns in sequential data.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML/DL/AI solutions into the company's products and services.
    • Understand graph-based databases and familiar with GNN/GCN or related models.
    • Create data visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
    • Stay current with the latest research and advancements in machine learning, biotechnology, and data science.

    Qualifications

    • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, or similar.
    • Strong understanding of physiological and biological data analysis.
    • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection.
    • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

    Preferred Experience and Skills

    • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
    • Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as GCS or AWS.
    • Experience working in a biotech or healthcare setting, especially in network physiology.
