    Job Description

    This position will assist with the planning, designing, implementation and maintenance of security systems. This person will be responsible for the hands on, day-to-day support for BCHO information security applications (Tenable, SolarWinds, Manage Engine, DLP and NAC software, Proofpoint, Forensic utilities etc.) on an as needed basis. A strong understanding of network security and connectivity and AD Security is highly desired. The individual will ensure that the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of enterprise systems is maintained. This person will also consult with project development teams and provide recommendations to maintain a secure computing environment.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

    EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a 24 / 7 data center operations role (5+ years - Command Center, Network Operations Center (NOC) - preferably in a medical center. Experience with some enterprise security systems and tools. Experience administering routine processes and procedures to assure system and network integrity.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Significant skills and expertise in network systems administration (Required 4 Years). Experience maintaining enterprise level security systems (Highly Desired 2 Years). Knowledge of healthcare technology systems & the HIPAA security rule (Highly Desired 5 Years). Experience or can become familiar with PCI 3.1 Requirements (Highly Desired 2 Years). Skilled in communicating recommendations to Senior Management (Required 5 Years). Skilled in Active Directory (User Groups and Folder Permissions) (Required 2 Years). Skilled in Customer Service and Support (Required 5 Years)

    TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Deep knowledge of network and systems architecture. Basic knowledge and experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, File & Print Services, etc. Strong working knowledge of technical documentation tools including Excel, Visio, and other Microsoft Office and 3rd party applications. Network monitoring tools from vendors such as Solarwinds, Tenable etc. Cisco - Understanding of networking concepts using Cisco datacenter products. Microsoft - Knowledge of SharePoint, Project, Excel, Hyper-V, Systems Center Operation Manager. Juniper - SRX, ISG, JunOS, ScreenOS. UNIX - AIX, Solaris. Blade and rack mount servers. ProofpointDLP Systems. SSL certificate installation/replacement. Information Security Concepts and Protocols.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Sit: Up to 8 hours/day

    Stand/Walk: Up to 6 hours

    Bend/Stoop: Up to 6 hours

    Reach: Up to 6 hours

    Rep Use of UE/Grasp: Up to 8 hrs

    Lift/Push/Pull: 25 lbs, over 25# with assistance or equipment
