Job Description
This is our direct client opening for CUSTOMER INSIGHTS ANALYST/MANAGER, SAN JOSE, CA. This is a 12+ MONTHS LONG TERM CONTRACT POSITION.
The Customer Insights Manager will work with insights professionals to identify and prioritize key business issues and bring together the wide variety of Adobe’s insight sources to drive impact to the Creative Cloud Business ( think Photoshop, Illustrator, and other creative apps).
The researcher will own one or more tracking studies (e.g., new subscriber survey, customer satisfaction survey) and support ad-hoc studies to inform and influence strategy for customer onboarding, engagement and retention.
SKILLS
5+ years demonstrated experience in consumer insights or market research (quant and qual)
Proven ability to synthesize research and analytics into clear insights, and to deliver actionable recommendations
Consultative skills to partner with key stakeholders at all levels to develop research plans and insights
Extensive experience with vendor and project management
Experience understanding and partnering with analytics teams to deliver robust insights
Knowledge of statistical and multivariate data analysis
Strong communication and presentation skill
Skilled presentation creator and communicator to convey insights supported by data.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
High tech industry, SaaS experience preferred
Knowledge of data tools such as SPSS, Power BI, Tableau, SQL a plus
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
5+ year of experience
Graduate degree in business, market research or social science, or equivalent experience preferred
