JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

BSN required.

MSN or related degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Two years recent nursing experience in long-term care.

One year of supervisory experience.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

Current CA RN License.

Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.

Clinical certifications (i.e. ACLS) relevant to their area of service.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Demonstrated leadership abilities; able to work under stressful conditions.

Ability to read, write and understand English language.

Proven ability to communicate with all staff across the hospital.
