Bilingual Onsite Supervisor - Warehouse Operations

We are seeking a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor (English/Spanish) to support employees and customer operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse employees and customer leadership
• Support employees on the warehouse floor and maintain a visible onsite presence
• Manage attendance, call-offs, and employee communication
• Conduct employee coaching and performance discussions
• Assist with onboarding, orientations, and new hire support
• Address employee questions and concerns professionally and promptly
• Partner with warehouse leadership to support staffing and operational goals
• Help drive productivity, accountability, safety, and employee engagement

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Experience in staffing, warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, or workforce management preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
