Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred

✅ Full-time availability Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM

✅ A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

✅ Previous leadership or training experience is a huge plus!

✅ Comfortable performing physical tasks and setting the pace for others

✅ Strong communicator, natural motivator, and dependable role model

✅ Tech-savvy with a smartphone (we use awesome apps to manage our workflow)

✅ Loves cleaning and helping others grow and finds joy in seeing others succeed
