    Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY:

    To Provide Customers with excellent Customer Service, by immediately addressing and resolving customer inventory inquiries or day-to-day issues.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    (Customer Account Representative):

    · Maintain Daily line report on a saved excel spreadsheet on the shared drive.

    · Notify corresponding plant of any missed shipments or shipping appointments.

    · Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s issues; determining the cause of the problem; Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.

    · Arrange shipments for samples, dunnage, etc.

    · Produce reports for customers as requested and report any inconsistencies and /or damage product immediately and assist customer with resolution.

    · Bill/Invoice Customer as contracted (on a weekly or “as needed” basis)

    · Update repack/reselect schedule as needed and inform Repack/Reselect managers of any changes.

    · Maintain deadlines for projects and keep track of the completion status with Repack/Reselect Production team.

    · Ensure all materials are obtained to complete projects on time.

    · Assist in inputting physical inventory counts on an excel spreadsheet

    · Verifying receiving info for Carton/parts on BOLs are correct

    · Create layout for blanket POs for the upcoming year

    (Office):

    · Answer phone by second ring and return messages immediately (within 2 hours).

    · Fax or email bill of ladings to contacts for all shipments

    · Order supplies

    · Keep Track of Supplies and need for ordering.

    · Process Federal Express and UPS Shipments.

    · Respond to emails in a timely manner

    · As part of a team, cross-trains to provide support for other CSRs and administrative staff as needed or requested by Supervisor.

    · Perform any other related duties assigned

    · Punctuality and regular attendance is mandatory.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

    · 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, Warehouse industry preferred.

    · Bilingual in Spanish and English required.

    · Business certificate or AA degree preferred.

    · Experience and knowledge in processing shipments through customs.

    · Must have intermediate to advance MS Word, MS Excel, SAP and Computer skills

    · Experience with multitasking, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast pace environment.

    · Must be well-organized, detailed oriented, and able to work both independently and as a team member.

    · Must be able to tactfully handle confidential material and information.

    · Display superior customer service and quality focus

    · Good documentation skills

    · Ability to resolve problems and conflict

    · Professional phone skills

    · Good listening skills

    · Ability to analyze information

    · Must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English

    · Effective professional written and verbal communication skills

    · You must have a basic knowledge of accounting (on the job training or degree).

    · Minimum high school graduate

    · Basic knowledge of MS based products is desired
