Responsibilities: • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Assist the team with Showings • Host open houses • Interface with clients and professional colleagues Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Professional in attitude and appearance • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Access to a car Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly
