We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Social Media and Marketing Specialist with strong attention to detail and exceptional work ethic to join our high-performing team. Our team works in a fast-paced environment that embraces initiative and autonomy and offers a positive and encouraging environment to make a difference. The successful candidate will work to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation and grow sales by managing our social media and content marketing calendar, coaching our sales team on how to grow their own business through social media, and executing on new and existing campaigns. The ideal candidate enjoys all things social media and enjoys using Instagram/Facebook and has the capacity to work on administrative tasks as needed. Formal marketing training not needed. Activities include in-office responsibilities and tasks that require you to travel locally in Astoria. A car is not required. Responsibilities: You Are Our Ideal Candidate If You. . . • Have proven experience as a Marketing and Social Media Expert • Strong understanding of online and offline marketing principles • Thrive in a high-intensity, fast-paced, environment with many moving parts • Enjoy managing details, providing flawless execution and you're naturally tech-savvy • Excel at prioritizing workflow, possess an intuitive approach and anticipate needs • Work independently by being self-directed and motivated • Possess a high level of resourcefulness and creativity • Communicate clearly and concisely with a solution-oriented mindset • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite apps and social media platforms • Experience in real estate is HIGHLY PREFERRED • Strong follow up skills to ensure timely delivery of long-term tasks • Have a client-first mentality Qualifications: • Handle ongoing communication and follow up with our designs • Shipping and mailing print media including postcards, mailers, etc • Handwritten thank you cards and client gift-giving efforts • Produce and design Instagram postings 3-4x week • Management of comments on social media • Producing neighborhood reels, posts, and short videos • Handling client care such as thank you cards and client gifts Compensation: $20 hourly
