Job DescriptionAs a Service Station sales and service representative, you will work from home and be responsible for handling inbound calls for Service Station's clients, managing your leads, dialing out on existing leads, selling jobs, and mastering our clients' offerings. You will receive 2 weeks of training to prepare you to handle your first call with the help of your team lead.As a part-time member of the team, you will work between 20 and 35 hours per week, depending on the inbound call volume of your assigned team. Service Station is currently hiring in all of the states listed below for both teams that service clients in the eastern and pacific time zones. Our hours of operation for each team are as follows: Eastern Hours

8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) Monday-Friday

8:00 AM - 11:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) Saturdays (not currently)

Pacific Hours

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) Monday-Friday

7:00 AM - 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) Saturdays (not currently)

Minimum Qualifications

Benefits & Compensation

Base pay is $13.50/hr

Commissions add an additional $3.00/hr - $14/hr

Total compensation $16.50/hr - $27.50/hr

Hourly base is paid bi-weekly

Commissions are paid monthly and increase with your total sales accumulated during the year.

Other bonuses awarded for winning individual and team competitions.
