    JOB SUMMARY:

    The LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) ADMINISTRATOR will join our growing Helix Bar Success team, to organize, support and maintain the release management lifecycle and administration functions for all facets of Helix Bar Review product.  This requires organizing, coordinating, and communicating changes across multiple workflows, integrated components, and audiences, adhering to the set approval guidelines, and mitigating the risk of any adverse impacts

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

    • System administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including user administration, reporting, system configuration, testing, support, and resolution across the Helix platform.
    • Foster relationships with the business and communicate change events to enhance system functionality and utilization.
    • Facilitate ongoing communications with the external customer service team to align initiatives and updating of system access.
    • Continuous monitoring and reporting of quality control and change process programs to identify improvements across the platform. Plan changes across all environments – Plan, schedule, coordinate and manage end to end migration of changes from sandbox to production, as well as time sensitive straight to production, and customer facing changes.
    • Support and update WYSIWYG type integrations between the LMS system, storefront software and other tools comprising the Helix platform.
    • Add new products and updates to existing products in the storefront.
    • Perform QA and support of limited UA to business units.
    • Identify potential risks and\or conflicts prior to deployment and ensure that all necessary checks are carried out prior to final approval and migrations of change.
    • Implementation of changes ensuring they are auditable, correct, authorized, and tested.
    • Assist with the development and documentation of guidelines and policies for the administration of Helix Bar Review program and associated platforms.
    • Develop and deliver training materials in support of an effective change management methodology and production operation policies.
    • Continuous review, update, and adherence to change management policies.
    • Reporting of change activities and trends within the organization.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

    • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAS) – Things a candidate should know and/or a skill or ability he or she should possess to be successful in the role.

      • REQUIRED
        • Skilled at relationship management. The ability to interact and effectively communicate with teams internally and externally across the business.
        • Excellent administration skills with a strong attention to detail during the validation of changes, approvals, and implementation of changes.
        • Strong organizational skills to prioritize key activities, plan work, and use initiative to overcome issues.
        • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Job requires the ability to work hand in hand with customers, facilitating change meetings, preparing written documents and communications to the Helix team.
        • Develop and manage an effective change process.
        • Ability to work with vendors as well as internal service providers who manage production systems on AccessLex’s behalf.
        • Proven analytical skills with the ability to learn, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
        • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools.
        • Experience administrating technology platforms.
    • PREFERRED

      • Experience with change management methodologies.
      • Experience with Microsoft office.
      • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and tools.
    • BACKGROUNDThe following are required unless otherwise noted:

      • BS/BA in BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, COMPUTER SCIENCE, or similar related field.
      • Minimum 4 years of related experience in a similar role.
      • Thorough knowledge of a broad range of business and technology issues.

    This is a FULL-TIME, REMOTE EXEMPT position. The incumbent is expected to be present and accessible for at least 40 hours per week, subject to approved leave time, travel and other absences as described in the Employee Handbook or as otherwise agreed by the Company. The Company’s standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    JOB OUTCOMES YOU MUST GET:

    • Travel across a specified geography to join clinical area managers in field-calls while providing clinical support and continuing education.
    • Independently cover open territories in collaboration with the regional sales manager and clinical education manager.
    • Conduct AARC CEU presentations to respiratory therapists.
    • Provide coverage at national and regional medical meetings and conferences.
    • Provide device training to respiratory therapy staff to support new hospital placements.
    • Lead remote training to clinical area managers as guided by the clinical education manager.
    • Support DME initiatives through training and device expertise.
    • Assist clinical education manager with corporate office trainings as needed.
