    Full Description

    Baptist Health-Fort Smith and Van Buren are seeking full time CRNAs and Per Diem to form a newly employed group.  Typical duties will include: Orthopedics, OB, General Surgery, GI, Urology, Neurosurgery and a small amount of Heart Surgery.

Six weeks of Paid Time Off and CME days. Health, Dental, Malpractice, 401k/Profit Sharing, Flexible Spending Account, and Tuition Reimbursement.

    Signing/relocation bonus offered 

    Schedule: 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts available.  On call rotation.
