    Do you have a passion for positively impacting the lives of others?  Do you enjoy working with children and in a team environment? We are currently seeking qualified individuals with BCBA experience interested in joining our team as center-based Behavior Analysts. All of our clients receive services in-center and you will not be required to drive from client to client.  

    FUN AND CHALLENGING RESPONSIBILITIES:

    In this position, individuals will be responsible for directing center-based ABA programs for children with autism while working collaboratively with a team of other experienced BCBA's. Responsibilities include: overseeing a talented team, providing training to team members and families, conducting assessments, creating behavior support plans, and monitoring the progress of each child.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Education: BCBA with current certification
    • Demonstrated skills and experience in setting up and directing programs for children with autism
    • Qualified candidates will enjoy working with children, demonstrate excellent communication skills, be well organized, flexible, patient, and dependable. They will be highly motivated, naturally take initiative, be willing to learn, remain curious, and look to make a larger, positive impact.
    • Must be able to lift, transport, and chase clients (minimum of 30lbs. as needed)
