Big 4 Accounting Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fund-level GAAP accounting and manage quarterly reporting for internal co-investment funds
• Create high-quality materials for fundraising campaigns and investor presentations
• Coordinate with auditors on annual reports and financial statement preparation

Required Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in public accounting
• Proven experience preparing financial statements and managing audit workflows
• Experience at a Big Four accounting firm

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills:

• CPA designation or active progress toward CPA certification
• Experience with Investran or similar private equity fund accounting platforms
• Ability to craft investor-ready decks and strategic communication materials
