    Big Auto Accident Attorneys has an opening to join their team as a Paralegal. They will be responsible for ensuring that new client files are opened correctly, facilitating insurance claim payments to clients, and under the supervision of attorneys, achieving settlements when appropriate and preparing files for litigation if necessary. Responsibilities: • Research, gather, organize and synthesize information to make effective decisions under Arizona Law. • Communicate with clients via phone, email and correspondence during the pre-suit process to address their questions and concerns and to provide and obtain updates. • Communicate with insurance adjusters and healthcare providers to provide and obtain status reports to facilitate Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefit payments. • Gather and review medical and billing records. • Draft and send third-party pre-suit settlement demands when appropriate to resolve claims pre-litigation. • Conduct timely follow-up on all outstanding documents/assignments and escalate when appropriate. Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED. • Paralegal training or certification is a plus. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team. • Exceptional time management skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management. • Ability to handle phone calls professionally and provide excellent customer service over the phone. • Familiarity with Arizona State Law. Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000
