    Big Auto Accident Attorneys has an opening to join their team as a Pre-Litigation Attorney. Your primary role will involve reviewing and organizing new client files, negotiating insurance claims payments to clients, and preparing for litigation when necessary. The person in this position must be able to research, gather, organize, and synthesize information to make effective decisions under Arizona State Law. This position has pay starting at $100,000 - $120,000 while working a Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm schedule. This position is in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities: • Superior communication skills and ability to provide impeccable customer service to all clients, providers, adjusters, and others you work with • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and correspondence during the pre-suit process to address their questions and concerns and to provide and obtain updates • Communicate with insurance adjusters and healthcare providers to provide and obtain status reports as needed • Gather and review medical and billing records • Draft and send pre-suit settlement demands when appropriate to resolve claims pre-litigation • Conduct timely follow-up on all outstanding documents/assignments and escalate when appropriate • Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to other members of the department • Ensure that new client files are opened correctly • Achieve settlements when appropriate and prepare files for litigation when necessary Qualifications: • Juris Doctorate • Admission to the State Bar of Arizona • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team • Oral advocacy • Litigation experience • History of achieving successful verdicts • Exceptional time management skills • Ability to be persuasive and have forethought • Ability to understand and demonstrate cultural awareness • Strong ethical values • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management • Ability to handle phone calls professionally and provide excellent customer service over the phone • Familiarity with Arizona state law Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000
