    Big Auto Accident Attorneys has an opening to join their team as a Litigation Attorney. Your primary role will involve serving as an advocate, advisor, and counselor to all clients. The person in this position will assist in ensuring that settlements and verdicts for clients are maximized while practicing law ethically and responsibly. This position has pay starting at $120-150k. This position is in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities: • Screening potential clients. • Investigating claims and gathering evidence. • Documenting injuries and expenses. • Calculating damages. • Interviewing witnesses. • Reviewing medical documents. • Drafting pleadings and motions. • Assure that the client’s case is proactively prepared and organized to maximize recovery. • Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person. • Prepare clients for depositions. • Attend depositions. • Meet with clients at the office and at locations more convenient for clients. • Manage docket of auto injury cases. • Manage all aspects of litigation including depositions, legal research, writing, and trials. • Representing clients through all phases of litigation. Qualifications: • Juris Doctorate • Admission to the State Bar of Arizona • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team • Oral advocacy • Litigation Experience • History of achieving successful verdicts • Exceptional time management skills • Ability to be Persuasive and have Forethought • Ability to understand and demonstrate cultural awareness • Strong ethical values • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management. • Ability to handle phone calls professionally and provide excellent customer service over the phone • Familiarity with Arizona State Law Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 yearly
