Big Bear Restoration is looking for someone to join the team as a Mitigation Supervisor.
The Mitigation Supervisor oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and production crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, production work quality, and staff development. This front-line management position leads their team to excellence and successfully completes water, fire and mold restoration projects in residential homes and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities
Perform water, fire and mold production processes with at least 1 year of experience
Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities.
Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates
Coordinate and oversee the production of services with crews and subcontractors.
Manage production expenses, equipment and materials, and provide warehouse and fleet maintenance.
Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
Provide detailed and organized job documentation and review job files for accuracy.
Effectively communicate with supervisors, customers, and office staff.
Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
Position Requirements
2 years+ of experience in cleaning/restoration
IICRC Certified preferred
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance and complete a variety of physically demanding activities.
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Compensation
$26-30/hr based on experience
