Responsibilities: • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Qualifications: • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills Compensation: $132,500 at plan earnings
