Strategic Development: • Spearhead the refinement and execution of a comprehensive Acquisition agent success strategy that aligns with FlipIQ's ambitious goals and core values locally and nationally. Training Programs: • Training Curriculum: Fine-tune the existing training curriculum using an outsourced instructional designer encompasses all critical aspects of the Acquisition Agent role, with a special focus on mastering FairClose scripting. • Trainer Qualifications: Establish high standards for trainer qualifications and experience, ensuring only the best lead our training initiatives for expansion • Training Delivery: Optimize existing training schedules and formats, integrating modern learning modalities and expertise from subject matter specialists. Collaboration and Communication: • Foster a collaborative environment with open communication channels between FlipIQ, operators, and Acquisition Agents. Data Analytics: • Utilize data analytics to monitor agent performance, track existing key performance indicators (KPIs), and redesign reports for management alongside the tech support team. Schedule Coordination: • Coordinate and manage complex schedules for, acquisition agents, and acquisition managers, ensuring timely and efficient utilization of time. • Schedule and facilitate regular team and department meetings to improve communication and collaboration. Onboarding: • Streamline the existing onboarding process using in-house VA support for new Acquisition Associates, ensuring seamless integration into FlipIQ’s cutting-edge proprietary technology. Oversight: • Monitoring Criteria: Refine specific performance metrics for daily monitoring of Acquisition Associates. • Reporting and Analysis: Refine reporting structure for monitoring data and regular analysis. • Performance Improvement Plans: Protocols for addressing any identified performance issues.
