Responsibilities: • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude • Passionate about selling • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken Compensation: $132,500 at plan earnings
