Responsibilities: • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Show a track record of real estate success • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Compensation: $132,500 at plan earnings
