    We’re looking for a positive and professional office administrator to be the face of our local business. You’ll welcome our agents and visitors, answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, reserve conference rooms, and assist us with other operations as needed. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a strong work ethic who is interested in a meaningful role on a supportive team. If this sounds like you, apply today! Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed • Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries • Manage an active Book of Business (outbound calls, emails, texts) • Answering phones/emails and greeting guests with a warm welcome and a smile • Keeping the office and kitchen clean and tidy • Ordering supplies and marketing materials • Printing contracts, flyers, and marketing material • Reserving conference rooms and checking in/out signs Qualifications: • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist or similar position preferred • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once • Able to thrive and work independently in stressful situations where challenges and urgent situations come up on a constant basis • Able to use logic and problem-solving skills to resolve issues • An organized approach and ability to work around distractions • GREAT communication skills • The ability to work well as part of a team • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.) • Sense of humor and enjoys working with people • Phone etiquette SKILLS PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED): • Real Estate experience (working with MLS, Associations, Agents, etc.) • Computer skills (Installing Print Drivers, Setting up WIFI for agents, Data Entry, etc.) • Comfortable with Social Media • Tech savvy Compensation: $16/hr
