    We are looking to add a full-time marketing assistant to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this position is supporting our head of marketing, office staff, real estate agents, and marketing team in the day-to-day projects. If you enjoy working with a fun, fast-paced company and have a creative mind and attention to detail, we want to work with you! Responsibilities: • Creating content and managing several social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc) • Be “community manager” for our multiple Facebook groups • Creating graphics (Flyers, Ads, Social Posts) • Copywriting (Emails, Landing Pages, Facebook ads, etc) • Creating and managing company training calendar and events • Booking guests for podcast and promotion • Applying for Press, interviews, and awards • Creating and distributing Press Releases • Creating quarterly company newsletter • Creating 2x per month blog posts • Projects assigned by management team Qualifications: • MUST BE VERY CREATIVE AND HAVE GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL • STRONG understanding of creating (and optimizing) content for each different social media platform • Ability to repurpose content across multiple platforms • Ability to write amazing headlines, sales copy, and social posts • Strong writing skills for press releases, blog posts, etc • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once • Strong understanding of design programs (illustrator, photoshop, etc)  • An organized approach and excellent time management skills. • Good communication skills. • The ability to work well as part of a team. • Proficient with computer software products (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc) ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS: • Ability to assist in taking photos/videos • Ability to run paid ads on social and google platforms • Knowledge of marketing funnels Compensation: $16 hourly
