Responsibilities: Develop and dominate market share in our target markets Set and meet goals for appointments, gross and net recruits and profitability Collaborate with top agents on retention and increased productivity Oversee market research to remain competitive Communicate our company value and opportunities that will be available with new recruits • Making 125-150 outbound calls a day • Setting 2-3 Appointments per day • Managing a database of clients through our CRM system • Following predefined drip marketing campaigns via email, text and phone • Weekly updates on the Database/Reporting Systems • Possible Travel to training events to sharpen your sales and organizational skills Qualifications: Driven to succeed Great people skills MLS experience helpful Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line Past success as a recruiter A successful and proven sales history Eager to find best possible solution with a positive attitude • STRONG communication skills • Ability to manage and work within a predefined CRM system • Customer Service driven • Must be EXTREMELY organized and independent • Experience with Appointment Setting/Cold Calling/Sales • Strong personality • Opening to coaching and constructive criticism • Winning attitude Compensation: $3,000 per month base + unlimited commission
