    We are looking to add a full-time Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this position is supporting our head of marketing, office staff, real estate agents, and marketing team in the day-to-day projects. We offer benefits! • Health, Dental, Vision • Paid Holidays and PTO that accrues per year • An option for you to enroll in a 401k Responsibilities: • Creating and managing graphics for several different brands (MUST HAVE experience with Photoshop and/or Illustrator) • Creating content for and managing several social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc) • Creating marketing materials (Flyers, Ads, Social Posts) • Writing social media and posting on various social media accounts • Creating video thumbnails, headlines, descriptions, and posting • Creating (and optimizing) content for each different social media platform • Copywriting (Calls to action, Headlines, Descriptions, Facebook ads, etc) • Creating and managing company training calendar and social events • Creating quarterly company newsletter • Creating images for and posting 2x per month blog posts • Projects assigned by the management team Qualifications: • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE with design programs (Photoshop and/or Illustrator) • Must be VERY creative and have great attention to detail • STRONG understanding of creating (and optimizing) content for each different social media platform • Ability to repurpose content across multiple platforms • Ability to write amazing social media posts, headlines, sales copy, and calls to action • Strong writing skills for marketing pieces, ads, press releases, blog posts, etc • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once • An organized approach and excellent time management skills • Good communication skills • The ability to work well as part of a team • Proficient with computer software products (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc) ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS: • Ability to assist in taking photos/videos • Ability to run paid ads on social and google platforms • Knowledge of marketing funnels Compensation: $18 hourly
