As a member of our marketing team, you’ll assist the team in developing a multi-channel social media strategy, creating dynamic branded content for our social media platforms, identifying key digital media opportunities, engaging with influencers, and reporting analytics on web traffic and engagement. PTO, Holidays, Health/Dental/Vision & 401K Responsibilities: Create a digital strategy with compelling content across our social media accounts that corresponds with our digital marketing goals Develop our organization’s online presence with our digital marketing team Compile monthly breakdowns of our Google Analytics and social media analytics, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities • Creating and managing graphics for several different brands (MUST HAVE experience with Photoshop and/or Illustrator) • Creating content for and managing several social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc) • Using a company phone to capture photo/video around the office and at events • Creating marketing materials (Flyers, Ads, Social Posts) • Writing social media and posting on various social media accounts • Creating YouTube video thumbnails, headlines, descriptions, and posting • Creating (and optimizing) content for each different social media platform • Copywriting (writing posts, headlines, descriptions etc) • Creating and managing company social media and events calendar • Creating quarterly company newsletter • Creating images for and posting 2x per month blog posts • Projects assigned by management team Qualifications: Candidates must have time management skills, excellent communication skills, and project management skills Strong understanding of trends across multiple social media platforms Can develop dynamic SEO content with text, image, and video • MUST HAVE experience with design programs (Photoshop and/or Illustrator) • Ability to capture and create social media posts across all major platforms • Must be VERY creative and have great attention to detail • STRONG understanding of creating (and optimizing) content for each different social media platform • Ability to repurpose content across multiple platforms • Ability to write amazing social media posts, headlines, sales copy, and calls to action • Strong writing skills for marketing pieces, ads, press releases, blog posts, etc • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects/brands at once • The ability to work well as part of a team • Proficient with computer software products (Word, Excel, Adobe etc) Compensation: $18 hourly
