The primary responsibility of this position is filming and editing our company events, trainings, podcast, etc and creating amazing content!  There is room for creative growth here and you will be fully supported by our great administrative and marketing team. Responsibilities: • Filming events, trainings, podcast, etc • Video Editing (Short Clips for Social, YouTube Show, Trainings, Interviews) • Creating Graphics (Video Thumbnails, Social Media promo, etc) • Sound Editing (for Podcast), removing um’s / uh’s and any dead spots • Wordpress and social media (uploading content to blog and social) • Posting to company YouTube and social media accounts  • Projects assigned by management team Qualifications: Experience working with different lenses, lighting and video equipment Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines • MUST BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT VIDEO EQUIPMENT AND FILMING IN DIFFERENT CONDITIONS (LIVE EVENTS, VIRTUAL EVENTS, DIFFERENT MICS, DIFFERENT LIGHTING, FILTERING OUT BACKGROUND NOISE, ETC) • Must have experience filming and creating high impact videos  • Must be an AMAZING video editor (skills with Premiere) • Ability to set up all audiovisual equipment (cameras, mics, lights)  • Ability to take hours of video content and create short powerful videos with a great storyline • An organized approach and excellent time management skills • Good communication skills • The ability to work well as part of a team • Proficient with video software and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc)  Skills Preferred: • Design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc) • Experience with Sony A7iii cameras    Compensation: $20 hourly
