Responsibilities: Communicate with title insurance representatives, insurance company representatives, loan officer, escrow processors and team members, title company, real estate agents, and clients to assist escrow officer in the closing process Understand all contracts, commitments, and lender and escrow instructions to assure completion for a timely escrow close Support escrow officer by managing administrative and clerical duties to complete escrow transactions and any follow-up requests • Typing resale escrow instructions, open title, order HOA and demands • Responding in a timely, professional and courteous manner to any customer inquiries • Preparing and submitting closed loan package and disbursement documentation, recording package, final policy package to the appropriate internal department Qualifications: Administrative support, secretarial, and clerical experience required Exceptional problem solving, customer service, time management, and communications skills 2-3 years of residential or commercial escrow assistant experience Microsoft office experience required, escrow software experience preferred • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required • Complete knowledge of real estate transactions from start to finish • Ability to package lender documents for signing and quality control upon return • Ability to work with escrow software unsupervised • Book of business not necessary (plus) • Active CA Licensed Notary Public a plus (not required) Compensation: $36,000 - $60,000 yearly
