Responsibilities: Communicate with other real estate agents regarding their showings of our listings to facilitate more sales Keep homeowners up to date about their showings and any feedback that is received to increase customer retention and referrals • Manage resale team schedule and maintain proper coverage 7 days a week • Manage and adjust SOPs to the client’s needs • Maintain state, broker, and client requirements in all closings • Coordinate Open Houses • Disburse listings Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Ability to communicate effectively; both written and verbal Have strong rapport with those you interact with Reliable and dependable MLS experience helpful Driven, motivated and desires for professional growth Compensation: $35,000 plus bonus
