Responsibilities: Oversee market research to remain competitive Communicate our company value and opportunities that will be available with new recruits Meets or exceeds goals set for appointments, recruits and profitability • Building an effective team by providing guidance and coaching to team members Qualifications: History of real estate experience Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher History of recruiting skills • Eager to find best possible solution with a positive attitude • At least 2–3 years of recruiting, real estate experience and consistent performance in the top 5 percent of your office Compensation: $1,500/mo + base commission
