    Looking for an expert salesperson for an outbound calling position! If you have what it takes, we can tell. Join our fast growing, fun cultured business and come build your empire with us. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: • An absolute relentless closer! • Do you love calling and setting appointments with potential clients? If so, we want to talk to you! • We are looking to add a full time all-star outbound dialing representative to our growing team. The primary responsibility of this position is setting up appointments for our team. Responsibilities: Daily Tasks: • Making 125-150 outbound calls a day • Setting 2-3 Appointments per day • Managing a database of clients through our CRM system • Following predefined drip marketing campaigns via email, text and phone • Weekly updates on the Database/Reporting Systems • Possible Travel to training events to sharpen your sales and organizational skills The position will be FULL TIME and there is tremendous opportunity to grow with the company. Qualifications: • 2- YEARS OF RECRUITING AND REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED • STRONG communication skills • Ability to manage and work within a predefined CRM system • VERY good with people • Customer Service driven • Must be EXTREMELY organized and independent • Experience with Appointment Setting/Cold Calling/Sales • Strong personality • A team player • Opening to coaching and constructive criticism • Ability to work well as part of a team • Winning attitude Compensation: $15/ hour + commission
