RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent customer service to all customers while adhering to Big Brand Tire & Service customer service values. Recommend services that meet or exceed the manufacture’s recommendations and aligns with the customer’s needs.
In addition to supervising Call Center Agents, duties include sales and service related functions such as assessing customer automotive needs, selling products and services which satisfy both customer needs and company goals, scheduling appointments, creating invoices, receiving and transferring inventory, as well as following company policies and procedures. To carry out these functions, it is necessary for the Call Center Supervisor to be able to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and co-workers.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Based off hiring requirements we may choose to use a staffing agency and would hire for full-time based on performance after 90 days.
