    Job Description: Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and effectively coordinating service calls for our clients. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and continuously striving to exceed their expectations.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Customer Service:
    - Greet customers warmly in a professional and courteous manner.
    - Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and address their needs effectively.
    - Offer suitable products and services to customers based on their requirements.
    - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
    - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly in a professional and efficient manner.
    - Ensure customer satisfaction by going the extra mile and building long-term relationships.

    2. Dispatching:
    - Schedule and coordinate service appointments for technicians based on availability and customer requirements.
    - Assign technicians to appropriate service requests.
    - Ensure efficient deployment of resources to maximize productivity and minimize response time.
    - Monitor technicians' progress, provide necessary assistance, and communicate updated information to customers.
    - Coordinate with other dispatchers and departments to streamline operations.
    - Update and maintain accurate records of dispatched calls and service schedules.

    Requirements:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or dispatching is a plus, Service Titan experience (not required).
    - Proven experience in customer service or dispatching roles.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    - Proficient computer skills; experience with CRM software or dispatching systems preferred.
    - Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and maintain a positive attitude.
    - Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

    Schedule Requirements - M-F - Full Time - 7am-3pm, 8am-pm, 9am-5pm options available. Work in office in Murray.
