Our facility located in Gainesville, Georgia is capable of producing and packaging a broad range of meat and non-meat products, carefully formulated by our in-house nutritionist to your precise specifications. To accelerate concept-to-market development, clients can also take full advantage of our Innovation Center which is located on-site. You can count on our 25 years of pet food ingredient and processing expertise to bring your branded pet treat ideas to life! In early 2023, Scholtus Group Holding acquired BCF expanding production capabilities to include Semi-Moist treats.

    Responsibilities:

    Efficiently manage phone calls and text messages.

    Schedule appointments for multiple providers and coordinate same-day appointments.

    Conduct filing tasks accurately.

    Collect patient payments, adhering to each provider's guidelines.

    Prepare chiropractic treatment rooms and brief patients on office procedures.

    Assist the office manager with daily tasks.

    Lead patient office tours and demonstrate treatment instruments.

    Set up and play patient educational videos.

    Prepare necessary patient forms, ensuring proper completion.

    Take phone messages for doctors and managers.

    Prepare nutritional supplements and schedules for patients, including collecting payments.

    Maintain office cleanliness and organize workspace.

    Perform data entry tasks.

    Execute basic functions in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

    Keep management informed of patient concerns, following office policies, procedures, and directions.

    Comfortably work in a no-mask, no-vax, natural health environment.

    Perform patient x-rays (training provided).
