  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA, US. The ideal candidate will oversee all operational elements of the store in conjunction with the General Manager. Responsibilities: • You are responsible to follow all Big Dave's Cheesesteaks Standard Operating Procedures to properly service the customers • Follow the Big Dave’s Training program for all restaurant team members to improve unit operations and the customer experience • Execute initiatives set forth by the company • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations • Coach and develop Team Members in accordance with current standard operating procedures • Communicate and enforce operational policies and procedures • Ensure compliance with SOPs in the areas of food specifications, recipes • Ensure food is presented well and served at appropriate temperatures • Ensuring that ticket times standards are met • Ensure adequate levels of food, paper, cleaning supplies and chemicals, janitorial, uniform, linen and miscellaneous supplies • Set and adhere to par levels • Ensure the proper operational condition of equipment, building structure, and premises according to federal, state, and local regulations and SOP • Keep small wares adequately stocked and in good condition • Maintain the interior and exterior appearance of the restaurant • Ensure sanitation practices are maintained according to federal, state, and local regulations and SOP • Ensure that food is properly stored (labeled, dated, and rotated) and proper temperatures are maintained • Enforce and monitor a deep cleaning schedule Qualifications: • Minimum of 6 months experience managing a team in a food service establishment • Possess a customer-centric approach; has a genuine desire to serve the customer • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Self-starter who works independently and is highly self-motivated; goal-oriented • Excels in a fast-paced environment • Energetic, proactive, innovative, and flexible • Comfortable working in a highly visible role • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Honest, ethical, and dependable • Attend all mandatory meetings both virtually and in person per business needs • Support the General Manager in restaurant meetings and briefings • Able to bend, stoop, reach, and push in the course of required routine tasks • Ability to lift or move kitchen ingredients or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs • Perform other duties as assigned Compensation: $40,000 yearly + Bonus Eligible
