Responsibilities: • Adhere to all established protocols and standards of Big Dave's Cheesesteaks to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction • Implement the training regimen of Big Dave’s, in order to promote effective store operations and enhance the customers' experience • Uphold all applicable local, state, and federal regulations • Guide and nurture Team Members with the current standard operating procedures • Comprehensively communicate and enforce procedures • Ensure meals meet specifications, recipes, and presentation standards • Comply with ticket times standards • Sustain an adequate supply of ingredients, chemicals, janitorial supplies, clean linens, and miscellaneous items • Keep up with stock levels and adhere to par levels • Maintain fixtures, equipment, and building structure according to the company's procedures • Supply all necessary small wares and ensure they are in good condition • Aesthetically maintain the interior and exterior of the restaurant • Preserve sanitation practices to comply with local, state, and federal regulations and SOP • Appropriately store food items and strictly follow temperature standards • Keep to a regular deep cleaning schedule Qualifications: • Possesses at least half a year of team management know-how in a food service setting • A strong customer focus and commitment to providing excellent service • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication competencies • Ability to work autonomously and driven to achieve goals • Capable of performing well • Excels in a fast-paced environment • Energetic, proactive, innovative, and flexible • Comfortable working in a highly visible role • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Honest, ethical, and dependable • Attend all mandatory meetings both virtually and in-person per business needs • Support the General Manager in restaurant meetings and briefings • Able to bend, stoop, reach, and push in the course of required routine tasks • Ability to lift or move kitchen ingredients or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs • Perform other duties as assigned Compensation: $40,000 + Bonus Eligible
