New Client Outreach Specialist
Job Description
OVERALL FUNCTION
The New Client Acquisition Specialist works directly with Financial Advisors and other client-oriented professionals to develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns to expand their client base. Specific responsibilities may include but are not be limited to:
• Developing targeted outbound social media campaigns
• Contacting leads via phone or messaging to schedule initial appointments
• Monitoring campaigns and proactively making adjustments as needed
• Regularly reviewing campaign progress with clients
• Assisting clients with creating best practices for converting leads
QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in sales, marketing or customer service, preferably in the financial services industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated time management skills and ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and on a team
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality
• Devoted work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Motivated to expand and grow with the company
