Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. We take customer service very seriously and you should too. You will be responsible for answering phones, assisting with paperwork, data entry and communicating with clients and vendors on a daily basis. Qualified candidates must be self-motivated, driven and achievement focused.
Hours: Standard hours (M-F: 8-5).
PTO Days: 10 days per year
Compensation: TBD
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
Ensure all sales orders are processed in a timely fashion and are error free
Assist in taking dealer and custom orders
Assist with organizing, paperwork and operational items
Provide quotes to potential clients
Assist with customer service calls and provide general support to clients and retail store visitors
Assist in scheduling trade shows and assisting the sales associates for tradeshows
Maintain relationships with vendors, dealers and service providers
Requirements:
Must be self-motivated with ability to multi-task and manage time well.
Must have great attendance.
Must be organized and detail oriented.
Able to present yourself in a personable and professional manner.
Must have excellent organizational and communication/people skills.
Must have excellent problem solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Programs / Internet / e-mail
Able to operate office equipment such as keyboard, fax, copier and scanner.
Have good math and proofreading skills.
Be able to maintain confidentiality in appropriate circumstances.
Be open to the possibility of expanded/changing duties as business grows
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
