Graphic Designer/Retail Consultant What you'll do: - Greet customers in our store, on the phone, or via email and describe Big Frog's capabilities. - Create quotes for customer orders. - Communicate with customers on proofs, timelines, updates, and pricing. - Create designs for customers using Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools. - Integrate designs onto Big Frog templates and utilize our state of the art Direct-to-Garment printer or heat transfer process to print the designs. - Prepare artwork proofs and purchase orders for screen printing and embroidery and promotions. - Organize inventory by unpacking boxes and stocking shelves while helping to maintain the store's appearance and cleanliness. At least one year of retail experience is helpful. - Being creative and can use Photoshop or Illustrator. Extensive graphic design experience or degree is not required. - Working in a fast-paced environment with lots of variety (about 50% design/customer service and 50% production/inventory management). - Managing multiple customer requests simultaneously and determining order of priority. - Being to be a part of a team that helps each other succeed.
