    We seek a dedicated leader with extensive knowledge in multifamily construction, specializing in landscaping, hardscapes, and concrete construction.     Key qualifications include a strong understanding of irrigation, plant nomenclature, and the ability to interpret commercial landscape drawings and irrigation shop drawings, among other skills.

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Ensure project performance in terms of scope, quality, schedule, and cost
    • Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers, coordinating job schedules effectively
    • Manage subcontractors to ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, safely, and up to the company's quality standards
    • Monitor project margins, tracking expenses and revenues for each job
    • Conduct job site inspections to ensure work scope and quality compliance
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement
    • Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
    • Create a positive and engaging work environment
    • Expedite material deliveries according to project schedule requirements
    • Review and approve material/equipment invoices in alignment with the project budget

    Desired Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 5 years of successful Project Management experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in landscaping
    • At least 3 years of experience in hardscape or concrete work
    • Background in construction is preferred
    • Valid Driver’s License
